摘要
高脱乙酰化度的壳聚糖能够有效地从水溶液中分离出铜离子。对壳聚糖吸附铜离子的动力学和吸附等温线的研究结果表明,在20℃时,直径为100~150μm的壳聚糖颗粒,对铜离子的吸附速率很快,且吸附饱和容量可达23g/kg。壳聚糖对铜离子的吸附容量随其颗粒直径的下降而增加。有钠、钾阳离子存在时,对分离铜离子的效果几乎没有影响,但是有EDTA存在时,会严重阻碍壳聚糖对铜离子的吸附作用。
Highly deacetylated chitosan can reniove copper(Ⅱ)ion from equeous solution effectively.Adsorption kinetics andadsorption isotherm of copper ion using chitosan as an adsorbent has been studied.The results indicate that the rate of adsorptionis very rapid and the adsorption saturation capacity can reach 235mg/g.There is an increase in adsorption capacity with a de-crease in particle size of chitosan.The presence of sodium or potassium cation has little effect on the adsorptlon of copper ion.Butthe presence of EDTA can significantly reduce the up take of copperbn by chitosan.
