摘要
机械产品的可靠性考核已成为企业面临的重要课题。本文将模糊数学引入可靠性评判领域,它综合考虑了各评估项目的影响,并用隶属函数及权重准确刻划和协调各评估项目的影响,因而能得到较合理全面的评价结果。文中给出了评价范例。此方法可广泛应用于机械产品的可靠性考核中。
The reliability examination of mechanical products has become an important problem lies ahead of the enterprises. This paper introduces fuzzy mathematics into the field of reliability judgement, it synthetically thought over the influences of items of evaluation and used the subordinate functions and weight factors to accurately depict and to coordinate the influence of each item of evaluation, thus a more reasonable and overall judgement result can be obtained. An evaluation example is given out in this Paper. THis method can be widely adopted in the reliability examination of mechanical products.
