摘要
如何提高我国机电产品的可靠性?首先要对我国目前生产的各类定型产品的可靠性水平进行模底、评估。怎样评估,评估哪些可靠性指标是当前机电领域中正在研究探讨的问题。本文通过对8AS-17、8ASJ-17型活塞式制冷压缩机所进行的现场运行可靠性试验,运用有关可靠性理论对活塞式制冷压缩机的可靠性评估指标及评估方法进行了研究,提出了评估方法及评估指标,予期对类似的复杂机械产品开展可靠性评估有一定的参考价值。
How to improce the reliability of electrical-mecharicl products of our country?First of all,we should know the real situation and assess the level of various kinds of industrial products.How to assess and assess what reliability indexes are problems which people are studing and also problems that are urgent to be resohed.In the paper the authors have mede field operation reliability test on 8AS-17,8ASJ-17 piston-type refrigerant compressor and mede research on reliability assessment indexes and assessment method by using reliability theory.The authors raise the assessment method and indexes the paper is valuable to reliability assessment of analog complex mechanical products.
