摘要
纺织印染工业的环境污染,对纺织行业的可持续发展影响重大。从经济学角度分析了纺织印染工业生产的外部不经济性,通过边际成本曲线得出了企业最适排污量。并提出了政府管制、征收环境税、排污权交易及其它经济对策,从而控制纺织工业对环境的污染。
This paper focuses on the pollution problems in the textile industry. From the point of economics, the causes of negative external economic activities from textile industry are analyzed. By means of marginal cost curve, the optimum discharge capacity is gained. In the end, the paper proposes some suggestions on controlling pollution such as government regulation, environmental protection laws and governmental subsidy, in order to encourage textile factories to apply advanced techniques and technologies to minimize emissions that cause pollution.
