简述了和谐社会中图书馆的定位,指出图书馆应体现以人为本,加强管理与服务,关注弱势群体,推进体制创新,最大限度地实现信息资源的共建共享,为构建和谐社会发挥积极的作用。
This paper expounds the position of the library in the harmonious society, and points out that the library should externalize the people-based concept, strengthen the management and service, pay attention to the weak population, promote the system innovation, realize the co-construction and sharing of the information resources to the utmost extent, and play an active role in building the harmonious society.
