摘要
叙述日本在应用连铸技术、致力于提高连铸生产效率、提高拉速、迅速推广铸坯热送直轧技术的经验。提高铸坯质量而采取的主要措施:设置精炼、改进铸型等。重视科研,使研究成果很快转化为生产力。此外还介绍近年来开发的连铸新技术。
The experience of Japanese metallurgists to develop continuous casting technique for productivity improvement by increasing casting speed, promoting hot charging and direct roiling is presented. The main measures to improve the quality ot slabs and billets are used secondary refinerring and modification of casting machines. Great attention is paid to research and the results are transformed into productivity quickly. Some new techniques of continuous casting developed in last years are introduced.
