摘要 研发了一种新的适用于液-固萃取体系的聚乙二醇修饰物Cu(Ⅱ)-IDA-PEG10000-IDA-Cu(Ⅱ).详细介绍了该修饰物的合成及其在分离纯化血红蛋白中的应用,在液-固萃取体系中可达到牛血红蛋白固相收得率93.75%,lgK=3.7. A imino-acetic acid derivative of poly (ethylene glycol)(PEG10000-IDA) has been researched. The synthesis and application of extracting proteins in solid-liquid extraction system have been introduced particularly. The R% and lgK of BHb in solid-liquid extraction system is 93.75% and 3.7.
