双端氨基聚乙二醇的合成 被引量:5

Synthesis of amino polyethylene glycol

摘要 聚乙二醇(PEG)与对甲苯磺酰氯(TsCl)进行酯化反应,制备出聚乙二醇对甲苯磺酸酯PEG-Ors(1)收率65%。在高压釜中,PEG-OTS与氨水进行氨基化反应制备出双端氨基聚乙二醇Amino-PEG(2),收率70%,并一步研究了"酯化"和"氨基化"的合成原理。中间体PEG-OTs及产品Amino-PEG的结构经氢核磁共振谱(1H NMR)表征。 Polyethylene glycol tosylate PEG—OTs 1 was synthesized by polyethylene glycol(PEG) and p-toluenesulfonyl chloride(TsCl).The esterification reaction yield was 65%.Amino polyethylene glycol(Amino-PEG 2) was prepared by PEG-OTs and ammonia water in autoclave.The amination reaction yield was 70%.The esterification and amination synthesis mechanism were studied.PEG-OTs and Amino-PEG was charactered by 1H-nuclear magnetic resonance 1H NMR.
