摘要
目的观察八味护肝胶囊对酒精性肝病大鼠模型病理形态、生化指标和肝纤维化指标的影响以证实其疗效,并初步探讨其发病机制。方法白酒灌胃法建立酒精性肝病大鼠模型。将造模成功后的29只大鼠分为自然恢复组、中药治疗组、治疗对照组。经4周治疗后,观察药物疗效。结果八味护肝胶囊有提高肝组织GSH-Px活性,降低肝组织MDA含量及血清ALT、AST、γ-GT的作用(P<0.01),也有不同程度降低血清HA、LN、Ⅳ-C、P-Ⅲ-P含量的作用(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论通过长期大量酒精灌胃,可造成大鼠肝细胞的变性、坏死,说明灌胃是一种简单可行的造模方法。八味护肝胶囊可以有效保护肝细胞,减轻肝组织学损伤。
Objective The curative effect of Baweihugan Capsule on the experimental alcoholic hepatic disorder was investigated by means of observing the changes of pathology, morphology , biochemistry and the degree of hepatic fabrication in rats. The aim of this study is to clarify the mechanism of Baweihugan Capsule on alcoholic hepatic disorder. Methods The model of alcoholic hepatic disorder was established by feeding alcohol liquor. 29 model rats were divided into 3 groups, e.g. natural restore group, Traditional Chinese Medicine treated group and contrast treatment group. The effects of Baweihugan capsule was observed after 4 weeks treatment. Results Baweihugan capsule can decrease the level of liver organize MDA,increase GSH - Px activation. At the same time , it can decrease the serum ALT, AST, γ- GT （ P 〈 0.01 ） and HA, LN, Ⅳ - C, P - Ⅲ - P （ P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion It is a simple and available method for creating the model of alcoholic hepatic disorder by means of longterm large quantity of alcohol feeding and it can cause the degeneration and necrosis of hepatic cells in rats.
