摘要
以TS-1为催化剂,以30%(质量分数)H2O2为氧化剂催化2-甲基-3-氯丙烯(MAC)环氧化,考察了溶剂种类与用量、反应温度、反应物摩尔配比及催化剂TS-1质量浓度等因素对环氧化反应的影响。结果表明,反应的最佳溶剂为甲醇;增加催化剂质量浓度和升高反应温度均有利于提高转化率和H2O2有效利用率,但同时降低了反应的选择性;从反应物摩尔配比兼顾反应的转化率和H2O2有效利用率两方面来考虑,本试验条件下选1∶1为佳。
Epoxidation of methylallyl chloride (MAC) with 30 % (wt) dilute H2O2 solution as oxidant over TS- 1 is investigated in this paper. Effects of many factors such as solvent and its dosage, temperature, the mole ratio of the reactants (MAC : H2O2 ), and TS-1 concentration on epoxidation are considered. The results showed that methanol is the proper solvent and the appropriate volume is 80 mL. With the increase of TS-1 concentration and the temperature, the conversion, the yield and H2O2 utilization are improved, while the selectivity decreased. If the conversion and H2 02 utilization are considered, it is best for epoxidation when the mole ratio of the reactants is 1 : 1 under conditions of the experiment.
