摘要
采用水热法合成了TS-1分子筛,根据XRD、FT-IR、FT-Ram an和UV-V is的表征结果计算了TS-1的相对结晶度和骨架钛相对含量,并以氯丙烯环氧化反应为探针反应,研究了合成条件对TS-1的结构和催化性能的影响.结果表明,TS-1的结晶度随合成液中S i/Ti比和TPAOH/S i比的增大呈先增大后减小的趋势,TS-1的骨架钛相对含量也随合成液中钛含量的减少呈先增大后减小的趋势,随TPAOH含量的增加TS-1的骨架钛相对含量和非骨架钛含量一直增加,且非骨架钛的类型有所改变.具有较高结晶度和骨架钛含量及较低非骨架钛含量的TS-1的催化性能较好.较好的氯丙烯的转化率和环氧氯丙烷的选择性分别为92.1%和87.5%.
Titanium silicalite-1 zeolites (TS-1) with different synthesis solutions of Si/Ti and TPAOH/Si were prepared via in situ hydrothermal synthesis method. The TS-1 was characterized for relative crystallinity by XRD and for framework titanium content by FT-IR, FT-Raman and UV-Vis. The catalytic activity of the samples was evaluated in the epoxidation of allyl chloride with hydrogen peroxide. The results showed that the crystallinity of TS-1 increased up to a maximum and then decreased with increase of Si/Ti and TPAOH/Si in synthesis solutions. A similar trend was observed between the relative framework titanium content of samples and Si/Ti in synthesis solutions. The relative framework titanium content of samples increased with the addition of TPAOH in synthesis solutions which also influenced the extraframework titanium content and type of the samples. The catalyst with a higher crystallinity and framework titanium content and lower extraframework titanium content could give a relative high conversion of allyl chloride and a relative high selectivity of the epoxidation reaction which were 92.1% and 87.5% respectively.
