摘要
含钛沸石分子筛用于丙烯与低浓度过氧化氢(如30%)选择性氧化可以得到较高环氧化产率。在廉价钛硅分子筛催化剂作用下,丙烯过氧化氢环氧化工艺有可能获得工业化。分析比较了已经工业化或可能工业化的环氧丙烷生产路线,对以过氧化氢为原料的环氧丙烷生产工艺进行了经济技术评析,表明该工艺路线在生产成本及环境保护等方面具有较强的竞争力。
Propylene was selectively oxidized by 30% aqueous H2O2 over titanium silicalite with high yield. It is possible to commercialize the epoxidation process . The commercialized and possibly commercialized processes for epoxidation of propylene by H2O2 were evaluated. The process is superior in production cost and environmental friendliness.
