摘要
以紫外和微波结合诱变选育lipstatin产生菌Streptomyces toxytricini SIPI-HJ-80,获得高产突变株SIPI-UM-5,其lipstatin摇瓶发酵单位是出发株的3.25倍。菌株经多次传代,遗传性状稳定。
A high lipstatin-producing strain Streptomyces toxytricini SIPI-UM-5 derived from Streptomyces toxytricini SIPI-HJ-80 was obtained after mutagenesis by UV and microwave treatment. The productivity of the mutant SIPI-UM-5 increased by 2.25 times over the original strain. The high productivity could be inherited after several subcultures.
