摘要
目的调查陆军3个兵种新兵情感状态差异,探讨陆军新兵情感状态与元情绪能力关系。方法采用情感状态测试和特质性元情绪量表,对陆军344名新兵进行测试。结果①步兵、炮兵和特种兵3个兵种新兵情感状态均分分别为(1.26±0.52)分,(1.48±0.54)分,(1.44±0.46)分,差异存在显著性(P<0.01),在紧张焦虑、抑郁沮丧、愤怒敌意、疲劳惰性、慌乱困惑5种负性情绪上,炮兵新兵分别为(1.35±0.69)分,(1.14±0.75)分,(1.29±0.78)分,(1.49±0.83)分,(1.34±0.76)分,步兵新兵分别为(1.12±0.65)分,(0.85±0.72)分,(0.98±0.75)分,(1.16±0.77)分,(1.13±0.65)分,两者差异显著(P<0.01);特种新兵抑郁沮丧、疲劳惰性、慌乱困惑分别为(1.07±0.70)分,(1.56±0.71)分,(1.31±0.60)分,与步兵新兵相比显著升高(P<0.01);②陆军新兵元情绪能力(情绪注意、情绪辨别、情绪恢复及元情绪均分)与5种负性情绪呈显著负相关(P<0.05或P<0.01),与有力好动呈显著正相关(P<0.05或P<0.01);③情绪恢复与情绪辨别对情感状态具有回归效应(P<0.001与P<0.05);慌乱困惑与有力好动对元情绪能力具有回归效应(P<0.001)。④低元情绪能力组新兵与高元情绪能力组新兵相比,有力好动[(1.93±0.74)分与(2.55±0.77)分]极其显著减少(P<0.001),5种负性情绪分别为紧张焦虑[(1.44±0.65)分与(1.06±0.57)分;抑郁沮丧[(1.26±0.76)分与(0.80±0.63)分;愤怒敌意[(1.35±0.76)分与(0.97±0.67)分];疲劳惰性[(1.57±0.79)分与(1.26±0.75)分;慌乱困惑[(1.53±0.67)分与(1.00±0.57)分]极其显著增多(P<0.001)。结论炮兵新兵与特种新兵情感状态比步兵新兵差;新兵元情绪能力能够很好预测其情感状态。
Objective To evaluate mood state of recruits among special soldiers, artillery and infantry; and explore the relationship between mood state and meta-mood of recruits in the army. Methods Profile of Mood State(POMS) and Trait Meta-Mood Scale(TMMS) were used to assess a total of 344 recruits in the army. Results ① There are remarkable differences in mood states of recruits in 3 arms of services in the army( P〈 0.01 ). ② Meta-mood is negatively correlated with negative emotion and positively correlated with positive emotion( P〈 0.05 & P 〈 0.01 ). ③Emotional rehabilitation and emotional comprehension have linear regression to mood state ( P 〈 0. 001 and P 〈 0.05 ) ; fatigue-inertia and fluster-baffle have linear regression to meta-mood ( P 〈 0. 001 ). ④ Recruits in lower meta-mood have less positive emotion and more negative emotion than those in higher meta-mood ( P 〈 0. 001 ). Conclusion Mood states of recruits in artillery and special soldiers are worse than that of recruits in infantry. Meta-mood is a good predictor of mood state.
