摘要
该文从教育异化的理论分析出发,讨论了在教育异化过程中教师角色的异化以 及由此而产生的师德困境的成因。通过对师德行为的经济分析,提出在市场经济下师德行为 正面强化的设想。
On the basis of a theoretical analysis of education dissimilation, this paper discusses the dissimilation of the teachers'role in the education dissimilation process and the causes of their virtue predicament. Through the economic analysis, it puts forward the idea of enhancing teachers' virtuous behavior in the market economy.
