摘要
教学中个体差异性平等是学生享有均等的教学资源,但因学生个体的差异,而采取适合其个性特征的教学,实现个体独特的价值。教师应从深层感受与理解学生个体的差异,根据个体差异建立个性化的学习方式,进行弹性的课堂设计,实现教学中个体差异性平等。
Equality of individual diversity in teaching implies that students enjoy the teaching resources
equally. But due to their individual diversities, suitable teaching methods should be adopted to realize their personal value. The paper points out that teachers should deeply sense the students' personal differences, buiid up personal study methods according to the diversity, design an elastic classroom-teaching pattern and realize the equality.
