摘要
知识经济环境下,信息的载体形式、存储方式、传播方式都发生了巨大变化,用户对信息的需求也不断变化与提高,图书馆传统的服务模式已不能满足这种需要,必须进行服务创新。本文论述了图书馆应面对挑战,抓住机遇, 突破创新,建立新的服务理念、服务体系、服务模式,以及服务创新的具体措施。
Under the knowledge economy environment, it took the great change with the form of carrier, store and media, it enhanced and change constantly for consumer to the information demand, the service pattern of the troditional library can not meet this demand, and go into the service innovation. This paper discussed the library should face the challenge, grip the opportanity, breakthrough the innovation, construct the concrete measure of the new service idea, system, pattern and the innovation of service.
