摘要
网络环境对图书馆服务提出了一系列新要求 ,高校图书馆的服务观念、服务模式、服务职能、服务内容、服务方式、服务手段。
Internet environment has brought about a series of new demands for library service.There should be innovations in such aspects as service concept,service pattern,service function,service content,service manner,service technique and service character in libraries of colleges and universities.
