摘要
埕北A22井侧钻水平井采用四级完井技术实现了分支井眼与主井眼同时开采、扩大单口井的采油面积、提高采收率、降低开发成本的目的。该井首先在主井眼中下入易钻式膨胀管封隔器以及可回收式斜向器,对主井眼进行开窗作业,侧钻分支井眼,然后在分支井中下入筛管和尾管,利用特殊的内管胀封工具实现1趟钻具完成封隔器定位、胀封以及固井作业,确保分支井尾管与主井眼套管连接处的密封性。开发过程中可首先开采侧钻分支井眼,待新井眼的含水率与老井眼含水率接近时,再套铣、回收斜向器,连通老井眼,实现新老井眼合采,达到剩余油的高效开采。该井的成功完井为老油田的增产、稳产起到了保障作用。
Multilateral well is taken as one of the most potential drilling technique in the 21th.Chengbei-A22 side-track horizontal well is one of the multilateral well which apply to the four completion techniques in order to make the new and old well-bore co-production.The technique can not only provide more production area,but also keep the high production rating and enhance the recovery for the oil field.A22sh well is drilled on the A22 slot and use its well bore,with the whipstock and expandable tubular,the techniques mill the casing and drill the side-track horizontal well.The completion program run screen pipe and line,using the special inner string to locate the profile sub,inflate the annulus casing packing and make the cement program to baffle the water zone and seal the connection between the liner and the mail core.During the production,the new well bore puts into production firstly then retrieves the whipstock and mills the expandable tubular to make the new and old well-bore co-production.The techniques can reduce the cost of CB-A well platform,increase the production and enhance the recovery.
