摘要
HW9801水平井是我国第一口用直井钻机钻成的超浅层稠油试验井,该井在下完井尾管(筛管)串时,在技术套管内出现了遏阻问题,而在上提套管准备采取进一步措施时又出现了遇卡的情况。在处理阻卡问题时又磨穿了技术套管,为了避免出现更复杂的井下情况,最后下入2根φ139.7 mm尾(筛)管完井。详细介绍了该井尾管阻卡问题的处理过程,分析了尾管阻卡的原因,并给出了处理类似水平井井下复杂情况或事故的注意事项,对国内外类似水平井施工具有较好的参考价值。
Well HW9801 is the first trial horizontal well for exploiting heavy oil in ultra-shallow reservoirs drilled with a vertical drilling rig. During running the slotted liner, the jamming problem happened in the intermediate casing. Pipe sticking also appeared while preparing to take further action after lifting the casing. And the intermediate casing was worn out while solving the stuck pipe. In order to avoid more complicated downhole troubles, the well was finished by running two joint of Ф139. 7mm liner. This paper introduces in detail the treatment process for preceding troubles, analyzes the reasons of blocking , and presents lesson of treating similar accidents, which provides best references for drilling similar horizontal well at home and abroad.
