摘要
塔里木油田中古514井是部署在塔中北斜坡奥陶系下统的一口气井,产层含有H2S,其浓度大于50 g/m3,为预防分级箍的长期密封失效问题,进行水泥浆一次上返单级固井,水泥封固段长度达到了5 765 m。通过分析超长封固段固井难点,研制并应用了大温差水泥浆和相适应的隔离液,辅以配套的固井技术措施,保证了水泥返高和固井质量,为简化井身结构、实现钻井"提速、降本、增效"提供了成功范例。
The well Zhonggu514 is a gas well located in Tazhong of Tarim oilfield,and the content of H 2 S is over 50 g/m 3.To prevent stage collar being out of work,single stage cementing job is designed for the cementing length is up to 5,765 m.Adapting to high temperature difference cement slurry,a kind of special spacer fluid is developed,cooperating some technical operating treatments,the cementing quality is good,which also has good effect on simplifying casing program.
