摘要
中国进入老年型社会,社区护理工作者应当从国情出发,多方筹备资金,培养专门人才,建立老年社区护理网络,开发老年护理设备,积极发展社区老年服务,让社区护理服务进入市场,并突出中医特色。
As the aging of population in China, it is imperative to develop community health nursing, especially for old people, which can be accomplished by doing the following： training special professionals, setting up community service net and developing special equipments for old people, and making community service go into market, making full use of traditional Chinese medicine, and so on.
