摘要
目的了解北京市社区护理人员的现状及培训需求,为进一步开展培训提供依据。方法采取多阶段随机整群抽样的方法从北京市社区护理人员中抽取362名,采用问卷式调查对培训需求进行分析。结果社区护理人员愿意参加培训者344名,愿意参加培训率达95.03%。有60.23%的护理人员希望培训时间在1个月以内。期望的培训内容以社区慢性病护理和基础护理为主。结论培训应结合社区护理的特点,强调针对性。
Objective To explore the training needs of nurses in Community Health Services （CHS） to provide a basis for further training. Methods Three hundred and sixty - two community nurses were selected by multi - stage random cluster sampling method, and a questionnaire - type survey was conducted to analyze the demands for training. Results Three hundred and forty - four community nurses were willing to participate in training, averaging 95.03%. The training time that 60. 23% nurses wished was 1 month or less, the wished training contents were mainly community care of chronic diseases and primary care. Conclusion Training should he based on the characteristics and needs of community health services.
