摘要
介绍了一种经过改进的离子光学系统,并用于垂直引出式辉光放电飞行时间质谱仪。初步研究了它的性能,包括吸引锥、透镜、直流四极杆,狭缝电位变化时对仪器灵敏度与分辨率的影响,并检测了黄铜样品谱图。结果表明,该系统不仅能有效地提高离子的传输效率,提高灵敏度,而且能减少离子的空间分散,改善分辨本领。另一方面改进后的离子光学对于质谱仪的真空系统性能的提高,也有很大的作用。
A modified ion optic system has been developed and used to a orthogonal glow discharge time of filght mass spectometer(GD-TOFMS). The performance of the ionic optics, including the effects of extracting cone, Einzel lens, DC-quadrupoles and slit on the intensity and resolution of spectra, was investegated. The spectra of brass sample were also studied. It has been shown that the ion optics can not only increase the ion translation efficiency, but also improve the resolving power and vacuum of the mass spectrometer.
