摘要
飞行时间质谱计(TOFMS)可以观测微秒甚至纳秒时间内的气相离子组分的变化,便于进行快速分析;其质量检测范围不受限制,有利于进行大分子研究。相对于其他类型质谱仪器而言,TOFMS的结构较为简单,但其供电与测量电路较复杂。
The structure of a recently built small reflectron time of flight mass spectrometer is described. The experimental results are demonstrated. Compared with linear TOFMS, its advantages are discussed.
