摘要
本文简单介绍了从离子源中引出束流的机制及最小角散度的离子光学条件;阐述在研制15cm双潘宁离子源(引出电压25kV、电流20A)时,所解决的二个问题,即:使得引出系统保持最佳真空度的脉冲进气方式;提出了用复合材料制造绝缘环,从而提高了电绝缘强度。这二者都对离子光学作出良好的贡献。
In this paper, we briefly introduced the mechanism of extractive beam from the ion source and the ion optical condition of a minimal divergence angle.Resolved two problems in researching 15 cm Duo Penning Ion Source(extractive voltage-25kV, current-20A) are expounded: (1) The pulse admission way makes the extractive system keeping optimum vacuum; (2)The insulating rings are made of a compound material, therefore, insulating characteristic is improved.Both the(l)and(2)points will make a contribution to the ion optics.
