摘要
绿粘帚霉与坚强芽孢杆菌的亲合性研究显示,绿粘帚霉发酵滤液在70%浓度以下对坚强芽孢杆菌的生长繁殖无明显抑制作用,在70%以上浓度,坚强芽孢杆菌的生物量有所下降;而坚强芽孢杆菌发酵滤液对绿粘帚霉的生长繁殖无明显抑制作用。这种状况有利于二者在植物病害生物防治中协同作用的发挥,表明了两种微生物在松赤枯病生物防治中联合作用的可能性。
Researches were conducted on the compatibility of both G. virens and B. firmus. The fermentation filtrate of G. virens, under the concentration of 70%, had no distinct inhibitory action on the growth of B. firmus, and the biomass of B. firrnus would decrease when filtrate of G. virens had a concentration of above 70 %. But the fermentation filtrate of B. firmus had not an evident inhibitive impact on the growth of G. virens. This was beneficial to cooperative role of the mentioned two antagonists in plant disease control, and also showed that two antagonists had combination possibility in biocontrol of pine blight.
