摘要
本试验测定了离体条件下 Bacillus subtilis BS-3菌株对金花梨腐烂菌的拮抗作用。先接种的处理的拮抗作用优于与病原菌同时接种的处理。孢子萌发和菌丝干重试验表明 ,未经高温灭活的代谢物的抑制作用远高于经高温灭活的 BS-3代谢物 ,抑制效应与代谢物浓度成正相关 ,以 1 /80以上体积浓度较为理想。在此基础上 ,采用 B.subtilis代谢物贮前处理金花梨能有效抑制灰霉病的发生 ,以生物制剂浸果结合包膜处理 。
The BS- 3strain( Bacillus subtillis) was tested for its antagonism against the Botrytis cinerea of fruit rot in Pyrusbretschneideri in vitro.In Cameroon,the treatment which inoculated the BS- 3prior to the pathogen had stronger antagonism than that which inoculated both BS- 3 and Botrytis cinerea simultaneously.With the spore germinating and dry hypha weight experiment,it was proved that the BS- 3's non- sterilized metabolite had stronger suppressive effect to pathogen than that sterilized by high- temperature( 1 2 1℃ ) with the suppressive effect being positive relationship with the volume concentration of BS- 3's metabolite,and then optimum volume concentration was regarded as 1 /80 in the test.Meanwhile,itwas also illustrated that the BS- 3can effectively controll the incidence of Pyrus bretschneideri fruit rot,with a emphasis of combination the BS- 3's metabolite immersion with wrapping plastic membrane( PE) .
