摘要 以 1,6 己二醇二丙烯酸酯 (HDDA)与环氧树脂 / 4 ,4 二氨基二苯甲烷 (DDM )配合 ,形成了互穿聚合物网络 (IPN) ,提高了涂层的韧性、附着性和抗冲击性能 ,同时保持了其优良的耐腐蚀性能。讨论了HDDA用量对涂料性能的影响。实验表明 ,HDDA的用量为 2 5 %时 ,与E 5 Simultaneous interpenetrating polymer network (IPN) based on 1,6 hexanediol diacrylate (HDDA), epoxy (diglycidyl ether of bisphenol A) and 4,4 diaminodiphenylmethane (DDM) has been prepared. The flexibility, adhension and impact resistance of the IPN coating could be improved and its excellent corrosion protective property is still maintained at the same time. The influence of amount of HDDA on the properties of coatings has been discussed in this paper. It is shown that the IPN consisting of E 51/DDM with 25% HDDA will give a film having better application properties.
