摘要
随着社会的发展和进步,与经济建设最为紧密、最为直接的高职教育作用越来越突出,而办好高职教育的关键在于建设一支精干、合理、高素质的教师队伍。论文分析了高职院校“双师型”教师队伍建设的现状;按照高职教育发展的要求,探讨了“双师型”师资队伍建设的途径。
With the development and progress of our society, the function of the higher professorship education which is combined tightly and directly with economic construction is become more and more outstanding. And the key points for developing the higher professorship education are organize an professional, reasonable, high characters teaching group. This essay analysis the presentation of double-quality construction of the higher professorship colleges and discuss its improving ways according the development of the higher professorship education.
