Describes the definition of Manufacturing Execution System. For the central module of process planning in MES, defines the expert system to realize the function. Choose the expert system model of STEELPIA platform. This system uses the expert knowledge in expert base, finally give the instruction of tapping an rolling, detail describes that supplemented into expert system knowledge base for optimization process of dispatch tactics of caster.
