摘要
健康成年杂种犬,雌、雄分别按体重随机分4组(每组4条,雌雄各半),麻醉后十二指肠给药,正常对照组(给生理盐水1.67ml/kg),小剂量组(给醒脑饮1.67ml/kg,相当于5倍ACD),大剂量组(给醒脑饮3.33ml/kg,相当于10倍ACD),阳性对照组(给脑血康5ml/kg,相当于10倍ACD)。实验用美国产FT-030T型探头挂于颈总动脉,用美国产MF-27型电磁血流量计测颈内动脉血流量;用CYS-0.5型压力换能器测股动脉血压;针型电极刺入四肢皮下测Ⅱ导联心电图,上述指标通过多功能信号处理器输入到计算机,由计算机自动采样并处理。实验共观察脑血流量峰值(BFP),脑血流量平均值(BFM).收缩压(SAP),舒张压(DAP),平均动脉压(MAP),脑血管阻力(CVR),心率(HR)和心肌耗氧指数(OMC)八项指标。观察了给药前,给药后10min,20min,30min,90min,120min共六个点的上述指标变化情况。结果表明,给药前后相比.醒脑饮大剂量组能明显地增加麻醉犬的脑血流量,作用持续120min,脑血管阻力也明显降低。醒脑饮小剂量组脑血流量增加幅度较大剂量组小,存在着明显的量效关系。
Xing Nao Ying( XNY)is mainly composed of Rhizoma Acori Graminei,Radix Astragali,Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae,etc.The effect of XNY on cerebral circulation of dogs was observed.The ani-mals were randomly allocated to 4 groups:normal control group(fed with saline 1. 67ml/kg),large dosagegroup(XNY 3. 33ml/kg),small dosage group(XNY 1. 67ml/kg)and positive control group(Nao Xue Kang5ml/kg).Blood flow and blood pressure of internal carotid artery and femoral artery were measured,andECG was also taken.Cerebral blood flow peak value,cerebral blood flow mean value,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,mean blood pressure,cerebrovascular resistance, heart rate and myocardialoxygen consumption index were observed,These data were collected before and 10 min,20 min,30 min,90min and 120 min after medication. It was shown that the cerebral blood flow was significantly increasedand cerebrovascular resistance was significantly decreased after large dosage of XNY was given,and itseffect persisted for 2 hrs.While small dosage of the drug exerted less effect.
