摘要 水泥回转窑温度系统具有严重的非线性和较大的时间滞后性,很难建立精确的数学模型,本文采用模糊神经网络控制与PID控制结合的复合控制策略,对水泥回转窑预热器四级筒出口温度进行实时监控,现场运行结果表明,该控制系统具有控制精度高、速度快、稳定性强等优点,控制效果优于传统PID控制或模糊控制。 It is very difficult to establish an accurate mathematics model because of the serious non - linearity and large time delay characteristics of cement rotary kiln. A compound control strategy by using fuzzy neural network control and PID control is presented in this paper for monitoring the outlet temperature of four- stage tube of preheater in real time. The result of operation shows that this control system features high control accuracy, fast speed, and excellent stability, its control results are better than those of conventional PID control or fuzzy control.
