摘要
目的观察 SHR 与 SD 杂交大鼠血淋巴细胞内阳离子含量以及与血压的关系,拟阐明是否细胞膜阳离子转运异常是一种先天性遗传缺陷。方法雄性 SHR 与雌性 SD 杂交产生子一代大鼠,12周后测定动脉血压以及血淋巴细胞内 Na^+、K^+、Ca^(2+)和 Mg^(2+)含量。结果杂交大鼠淋巴细胞内 K^+、Na^+、 Mg^(2+)的含量与血压值并不相关,但淋巴细胞内 Ca^(2+)的含量与杂交大鼠的收缩压(SBP)和舒张压(DBP)明显正相关(r=0.52,P<0.05和 r=0.62,P<0.01),血压增高的杂交大鼠(BP≥130/90 mmHg)细胞内 Ca^(2+)浓度显著大于对照组(1.35=0.5vx 0.94-0.3fmol/cell,P<0.05)。结论原发性高血压的发生与细胞膜存在特异性缺陷及遗传性离子转运障碍有关,而这一转运障碍的离子主要为 Ca^(2+)。
Aim To study the lymphocytosolic electrolytes in SHR and SD hybrid rats and their rela- tionship with blood pressure.Methods An F_1 hy- brid strain was obtained by crossing male SHR with female WKY.The blood pressure and cytosolic Na^+, K^+,Ca^(2+)and Mg^(2+)was measured in F_1 rat of 12 weeks old.Results In the lymphocytes from hy- brid rats,no correlation between cytosolic Na^+,K^+, Mg^(2+)and blood pressure was shown.However,the cytosolic Ca^(2+)in lymphocyte is evidently correlated with the systolic BP(r=0.52,P<0.05)and diastolic BP(r=0.62,P<0.01)by linear regression analysis. Conclusion The etiology and pathogenetic mech- anisms of hypertension may be related to plasma membrane abnormality in transport alterations of ions,especially Ca^(2+),which is rather genetically than environmentally.
