摘要
采用改良Garay法(CV7.8%)测定107例正常人、34例糖尿病人和18例原发性高血压病人红细胞膜钠,钾三磷酸腺苷酶(Na^+,K^+-ATPase)活性。结果显示正常人Na^+,K^+-ATPase活性随年龄增长而降低(r=-0.754);糖尿病人和原发性高血压病人Na^+,K^+-ATPase活性明显低于正常人(P均<0.01),分别低于正常值17%～44%和12%～29%。
We used the improved Garay method (Coefficient of Variation was 7.8%) to assay the erythrocyte Na^+,K^+-ATPase activities in 107 controls, 3d diabetes and 18 essential hypertension. Our data show that Na^+,K^+-ATPase activity in controls because lower with the ascent of age (r=-0.754, P <0.01) and that Na^+,K^+-ATPase activities in diabetes and essential hypertension were lower than those in (P<0. 01) and they were 17%～44% and 12%～29%,lower than controls respectively.
