摘要
TiO_2是一种极具吸引力的环境修复材料,具有生物化学惰性、无毒害、低成本、不溶于水、可重复使用等优点,在有机污染物处理方面有着十分重要的前景﹒但TiO_2太阳光能利用率低,只能在波长小于375 nm的紫外光范围内响应,光生载流子复合率高,这些缺陷限制了其应用范围,而稀土掺杂恰是解决这些缺陷的有效途径之一﹒本文介绍了稀土掺杂TiO_2的作用机理及稀土掺杂TiO_2的最新研究近况,并对将来的科研方向提出了建议﹒
The TiO2 element is a kind of attractive environment repairing material,and it has the biological chemical inertness,non-toxic,low cost,insoluble in water,and the advantages of reusable,which has very important prospect in the organic pollutant treatment.However,the TiO2 solar energy utilization rate is low,only in the wavelength range of less than 375 nm ultraviolet light response,photogenerated carrier recombination rate,these defects limit the scope of its application,and the rare earth doping is an effective way to solve these defects one.This paper introduces the mechanism of rare earth doped TiO2 and the latest research status of rare earth doped TiO2,and it puts forward suggestions for future research direction.
