摘要
针对改革开放以来，我国社会深刻变革所形成的震荡和冲击进行分析，分析了人们在社会转型中的某些困惑以及产生这些困惑的根源，并就消除这些困惑的消极影响进行了研究，提出了要从大力发展生产力、建立健全人们充分行使民主权利的制度和机制、繁荣文化以丰富人们精神世界，以及构建适应时代要求的大众价值体系和完善思想政治工作等方面加以改进的对策性建议。
Since China＇s reform and opening up towards the outside world, great social changes have resulted in tremendous influence upon the people. This paper analyzes people＇s spiritual confusions in the period of social transformation and supplies the reasons for them. Besides, it puts forward the measures to minimize the negative influence of such confusions, including the development of productive force, the perfection of the mechanism by which the people can enforce their democratic rights, the enrichment of traditional culture and people＇s spiritual world, the establishment of a value system that can meet the demand of the development of time, and the improvement of political and ideological work.
