摘要
本试验选杜泊与小尾寒羊杂交一代和小尾寒羊羔羊各24只,共48只,按公母各半及对等的原则分成试验组、对照组,研究同一营养水平条件下,全颗粒饲料饲喂育肥羔羊对产肉力及肉品质的影响。结果表明,杜寒杂交羊平均日增重306 g,饲料报酬4.25∶1,分别比小尾寒羊提高20%和21.17%(P<0.01);屠宰率和净肉率两项指标,杜寒杂交羊分别比小尾寒羊高3.2和2个百分点。其他指标2个组间接近。
Based on sex and the same principle, twenty -four Dubo -Xiaowei hybridize first sheep and xiaowei sheep respectively were divided randomly into control and experimental group. On the same nutrition, studied affection of meat product and quality with grainy feed on growing and fattening lambs. The result indicated that average daily 306 g and feed efficiency 4.25：1 of Dubo cross breeding sheep which had an increase of 20% and 21.17% compared with the Xiaowei sheep, respectively. Slaughter ratio and deadweight ratio had an increase 3.2% and 2% , respectively. The other index were closed between two groups.
