摘要
本文根据教育教学改革发展的新形势,提出要把“高校教学督导员素质”作为一个课题来研究,并就高校教学督导员素质结构、提高教学督导员素质的途径进行了具体的分析和探讨。
According to the new position of reform about education and teaching in the university, this thesis put forwards a question for discussion of “the diathesis of the inspectors in the university”, then analysis the structure and the methods of the diathesis of the inspector in the university.
