摘要
针对当前我国高校连续几年扩招后所面临的教学质量问题,剖析了教学督导团在强化高校教学管理中所处的独特地位,并结合教学督导工作的实践效果,进一步剖析了教学督导在强化高校教学管理工作中所发挥的功能与作用。
In view of the problems in teaching quality caused by the continuous expanding enrollment at colleges and universities, this paper explodes the unique role of teaching supervision committee in college teaching management and reinforces its function considering its working performance.
