摘要
目前,高校对知识型员工的激励普遍存在着激励机制滞后化、激励目标短期化、激励原则刚性化和激励方式简单化的问题,严重阻碍了高校的和谐发展。理论上通过提高效价、提高期望值和提高公平感,可以提升高校对知识型员工的激励水平。实践中针对高校知识型员工自身需求的特点,可以采取政策制度激励、思想目标激励、软硬环境激励、沟通参与激励和绩效考评激励,来达到发挥整体激励效应的目的。
Presently, there is a problem about the ways of encouragement of the intellectual staff in colleges and universities. It is the backwardness of the encouragement system, the short - term of the encouragement goal, the firmness of the encouragement principle and the oversimplifying of the encouragement method that hinder the harmonious development of the colleges and universities. In theory, the encouragement level can be promoted by improving the effectiveness ,the expectation and the fair -feeling. In practice, the integral effect can be brought into full play by taking the encouragement measurements of policy system, ideological goal, hardware and software environment, communication and participation, achievement and effect. And it is aimed at the self- requirement characteristics of the intellectual staff in colleges and universities.
