简要介绍了ＳＨＳ过程及其所得材料的一般特征，揭示了预热温度、急速冷却、添加剂等因素对ＳＨＳＴｉＣ显微结构的影响规律，分析了ＳＨＳＴｉＣ晶体结构特点，讨论了其合成和结构形成机制。
This paper briefly introduces the common feature of the SHS process and the SHS's materials; reveals the effects of initial temperature, fast cooling, additives and other factors on microstructure of SHSTiC: analyzes the SHSTiC crystal with discussion about mechanisms of the synthesis and the structure formation.
