摘要
实验采用日本新金属公司的TiC0.7N0.3,TiC0.5N0.5两种原料粉末,比较在不同制备工艺条件下,Ti(C,N)基金属陶瓷材料的力学性能。结果表明,原料、湿磨工艺、烧结工艺、烧结后的低压热等静压显著影响合金的力学性能及金相组织。
The test of study applies materials of TiCO.7NO.3 and TiCO.5NO.5 in varies carbon C/N ratio from Japan New Materials Company. After compared with mechanical properties of Ti(C, N) based cermet material in different preparation conditions, some rules was put out such as obvious effects of raw materials, wet milling process, sintering process, sinter-HIP on alloy's mechanical properties and metallographic structures.
