摘要
本文研究了2种碳反应物─—碳黑和碳纤维对非化学计量碳化钛自蔓延高温合成(SHS)过程的影响。通过计算SHS过程激活能和燃烧波淬火后微区组织观察,提出了碳反应物粒度决定SHS反应机理和组织转变过程的不同模型。
The effect of two different kinds of reactants,carbon black and carbon fibre,on the self-propagating high temperature synthesis(SHS)process of nonstoichiometric tita-nium carbide was studied. Calculating the activation energy for SHS process and examiningthe microstructure after combustion wave quenching reveal that the reaction mechanism andstructure transformation kinetics are determined by the sizes of reactant carbons.
