摘要
本文提出发展社区医学服务是医疗卫生服务模式的一次变革。认为发展社区医学服务是适应人类疾病谱和死亡谱的变化，是适应人口老龄化发展趋势和医学模式改变的需要。作者提出社区医学服务的概念的目的是强调这种新的服务模式是集医疗、预防、保健．康复、健康教育、咨询和卫生服务为一体的全方位的全程服务摸式。其基本内容为家庭医疗、护理、预防、保健、卫生学和咨询服务等。文章对社区医学服务的方式及现代化发展趋势、社区医学服务的管理和促进社区医学服务发展应解决的一些问题进行了讨论。
AbstractWe would like to point out that developing commu-nity medical service is a reform of medical and healthyservice. And we think developing community medicalservice can meet the needs of the changes of diseasesstatistical data and human death statistical data,and canalso meet the needs of the developing tendency of theaging of population and the changes of medical mode.We suggest that the goal of the idea of the communitymedical service is to emphasize that this new servicemode is an all-round and whole course service modewhch incorporate medical treatment, prevention,healthprotection,restored to heahh,health education,consult-ing and health services,as a whole svstem. It’s baslcitems are medical treatment, nursing at home, preven-tion, health care, hygiene,consulting service and so on.We have had the discussion over some problem,of themode of community medical services, developing ten-dency of modernization,the managemnt of the communi-ty medical servic.and promoting the development of thecommunity medical service.
