An Analysis of Teaching Results Achieved in the Practice of Social Medicine

摘要 浙江医科大学自1989年起开设社会医学实践课程,为研究该课程的教学效果,运用社会医学知识考试、社区访谈能力现场评分和卫生案例场景模拟测验等综合评价技术,分别对在校生和毕业生样本,进行自身对照和空白对照分析。结果说明,医学生参加社会医学实践课程学习,有利于树立预防观念和掌握社会医学知识;有利于提高社区工作能力和培养处理社会卫生问题的技能;有助于适应毕业后从事医务职业生涯。 Since 1989 Zhejiang Medical university has offered a course of practice in social medicine. To evaluate the instructional effect, sample analyses of self-contrasting and blank control have been made among the undergraduates and graduates respectively by comprehensive assessment, including test in application of social medicine knowledge, on-the-spot marking of competence to visit the community and simulated situational test of publich health cases. The results indicate: Medical students' participation of the practice in so- cial medicine is benefical to acquire a sense of frevention first and have a command of knowledge in social medicine, advantageous to cultivate their abihty to work in the community and to improve their skills to deal with problems of social health, and favourable to their medical career after graduation.
