摘要
目的:采用高效液相色谱法同时测定阿莫西林双氯西林钠胶囊中阿莫西林和双氯西林的含量。方法:采用 YWG C_(18)柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相为0.01 mol·L^(-1)SDS 溶液(用磷酸调 pH 至4.2)-甲醇(60:40);柱温35℃,流速1.0 mL·min^(-1),紫外检测波长225nm。结果:阿莫西林在25~5000 ng 范围内线性关系良好,r=1.0000;双氯西林在12.5~2500 ng 范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9999。阿莫西林、双氯西林的平均回收率(n=6)分别为99.6%,99.4%;RSD 分别为1.8%,1.6%。结论:此法可作为控制阿莫西林双氯西林钠胶囊质量的方法。
Objective:To establish an HPLC method for determination of amoxicillin and dicloxacillin in compound capsules. Methods:The separation was performed on a YWG Clscolumn (4. 6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm ) with 0. 01 mol · L^-1SDS solution (adjust pH to 4. 2 with phosphoric acid) -methanol(60: 40)as the mobile phase and the flow rate was 1.0 mL · min^-1, the detection wavelength was set at 225 nm and the column temperature maintained at 35 ℃. Results: The method showed good linearity for both contents, the linear ranges were 25 - 5000 ng for amoxicillin (r = 1. 0000) and 12.5 -2500 ng for dicloxacillin (r = 0. 9999), respectively. The average recoveries( n = 6) were 99.6% for amoxicillin( RSD = 1.8% ) and 99.4% for dicloxacillin( RSD = 1.6% ), respectively. Conclusion:This method can be used for the quality control of amoxicillin and dicloxacillin sodium capsules.
