摘要
利用吡拉西坦的乙酰胺基与羟胺反应生成Ｎ－羟胺基酰胺，用铁离子显色后，在５００ｎｍ波长处进行分光光度测定。平均回收率为９９．４９％，ＲＳＤ为０．２６％（ｎ＝５）。方法简便，快速。
The acetamido group of piracetam reacts with hydroxylamine to form N-hydroxyamino-amide which gives color reaction with Fe+++ and can be used for determination of piracetam and its tablets by spectrophotometry at the wavelength of 500 nm. The average recovery was 99.49% (RSD= 0.26%) . This method is simple, accurate and rapid.
