摘要
以乙醇为溶剂,采用分光光度法测定米托蒽醌的含量.米托蒽醌浓度在4~10mg/L范围,线性关系良好(r=0.9999),方法的平均回收率为99.20%,RSD为0.20%(n=8);7个不同批号样品的RSD为0.01%~0.68%(n=3).
A Spectrophotometry method for determination of mitoxantrone was estabilished using alcohol as solvent.The determined wavelength was set at 620nm.The linear range of this method was 4~10mg/L(r=0 9999).The average recovery of different concentration was 99 20% and the RSD was 0 20%(n=8).This method is sensitive,accurate and rapid.It can be used for quality control of mitoxantrone.
