摘要
以乙醇为溶剂，采用分光光度法测定米托蒽醌的含量．米托蒽醌浓度在４～１０ｍｇ／Ｌ范围，线性关系良好（ｒ＝０．９９９９），方法的平均回收率为９９．２０％，ＲＳＤ为０．２０％（ｎ＝８）；７个不同批号样品的ＲＳＤ为０．０１％～０．６８％（ｎ＝３）．
A Spectrophotometry method for determination of mitoxantrone was estabilished using alcohol as solvent.The determined wavelength was set at 620nm.The linear range of this method was 4～10mg/L(r=0 9999).The average recovery of different concentration was 99 20% and the RSD was 0 20%(n=8).This method is sensitive,accurate and rapid.It can be used for quality control of mitoxantrone.
