摘要
采用kromasil C18柱,流动相为甲醇-水（体积比为10∶90）,检测波长为210 nm,流速为0.8 mL/min,柱温为40℃,建立了高效液相色谱法测定吡拉西坦氯化钠注射液中吡拉西坦含量的方法。结果表明：吡拉西坦在25~250μg/mL质量浓度范围内线性关系良好,线性相关系数r为0.999 2,RSD为1.04%（n=6）,吡拉西坦的平均回收率为100.2%。利用此法测定吡拉西坦氯化钠注射液中吡拉西坦的含量,具有方法简便、快捷、准确可靠的优点。
A method for determining the content of piracetam in piracetam and sodium chloride injection by high performance liquid chromatography was set up.Kromasil C18 column was used.The mobile phase was methanol-water（10 ： 90）,and its flow rate was 0.8 ml / min.The detection wavelength was 210nm.The temperature of column was 40℃.To establish a HPLC method for the determination of piracetam in piracetam and sodium chloride injection.The results show that the linear range of piracetam is 25 ～ 250 μg / mL,the linear regression equation is A = 22386 c ＋ 34907（r = 0.99920）.The RSD is 1.04%（n = 6） and the average recovery is 100.2%.The method was found to be simple,rapid,sensitive and reproducible and is suitable to test the assay of piracetam in piracetam and sodium chloride injection.
